Meal Payment Beyond Bitumen Rally

Beyond Bitumen Rally will supply all your breakfasts and lunches plus the Sunday night celebration dinner. The other dinners are at your choice. All towns we stay in have several options for dinner. We try to use service groups, schools & charitable organizations for the provided meals – so with your help we inject much needed funds into local communities of rural towns.

NB: It is the team captain’s responsibility to ensure all team members have paid their meal monies. It is preferable all are included in this one form, if not, please ensure all other team members have paid by at least two weeks prior to the rally.
